Afiq Jackson - Studio Manager
Afiq is a highly valuable member of the SpeedFit team, given his many years in academic research, study and application during his time at ECU & Notre Dame University. As an Exercise Physiologist with experience in Rehabilitation and Strength Training, Afiq is a keen believer in an achieving an overall balanced lifestyle. He’s also strongly motivated by helping clients strive to achieve their goals and enjoys bringing a ‘creative and smarter approach’ to exercise for the everyday Australian. Afiq hopes to one day become a leading professional in EMS for Australia.
Matt O' Garr
Matt’s been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and sporting coach for five years. He’s been a qualified Level II Kettlebell trainer for three years and a qualified strength coach for the last two years.
Matt has worked with a huge range of clients, from gym newbies to state, national and professional athletes.
When it comes to getting physical, Matt plays basketball and loves to go rock climbing or hitting the beach.
