Matt - Studio Manager

Matt’s been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and sporting coach for five years. He’s been a qualified Level II Kettlebell trainer for three years and a qualified strength coach for the last two years.

Matt has worked with a huge range of clients, from gym newbies to state, national and professional athletes. 

When it comes to getting physical, Matt plays basketball and loves to go rock climbing or hitting the beach.

 

Maya

Maya’s passion for fitness and health started off at a young age when she started playing squash in Dubai. When she moved to Australia, she fell in love with the gym and learned more about fitness training and keeping healthy. After starting her own journey with weight loss, she challenged herself to take it one step further by competing in INBA 2015.

She completed Cert III and IV in fitness and is passionate about people feeling and looking great within themselves. She wants to motivate people to become the best versions of themselves. She dreams to travel around the world working as a Personal Trainer.

Raph

I started my journey with a few sports here and there such as soccer and touch rugby. Then I found myself in the gym, training for general fitness. I later began my journey as a trainer and have carried on for 5 years with certificates in TRX training, behavior change in exercise and sports nutrition. I have trained all kind of clients ranging from young uni students to senior members. After working so long in the conventional gym environment I thought it would be time to branch out, then I found Speedfit, an entirely new way of training for me and I haven’t looked back since. From the weights to Electro Muscular Stimulation I have loved every second of the experience. As a trainer with Speedfit, I will always motivate and support each and every single person from beginning to end of each session. I keep myself active with basketball and the occasional run along with my dog and have competed in a powerlifting competition and now Speedfit.
