I’ve been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and sporting coach for over five years. I am a qualified Level II Kettlebell trainer, working professionally for three years, and I’m a qualified strength coach and have been coaching for the last two years.
I’ve worked with a huge range of clients, from gym newbies to state, national and professional athletes.
When it comes to getting physical, I play basketball and love to go rock climbing or hitting the beach.
I’ve always been into sports and fitness since I was a little girl. I practised rhythmic gymnastics for over 12 years in Italy at both National and International levels, representing my country in several competitions.
When I turned 18, I started coaching at my club, and in 2015, I moved to Perth to continue my career in coaching RG and became a certified Personal Trainer.
I qualified as a personal trainer in 2014 at the Australian Institute of Fitness and have since conducted personal and group training sessions for two prominent women’s fitness brands before qualifying as an EMS instructor with SpeedFit in late 2019. I am an advocate of holistic well-being and encourage clients to embrace self-discovery and to think critically about their health habits. I gained my 200-hour yoga teacher training qualification in 2018 with Power Living, and have since integrated traditional yoga techniques into my training style.
I joined SpeedFit as the concept aligns with my beliefs about creating a life of balance and minimizing or mitigating stress. The workouts are effective and fun, and EMS technology helps to breakdown physical barriers and assist nervous function, correction of postural issues and sub-optimal movement patterns. The best part of being a SpeedFit trainer is that I get to offer a unique and positive product to the public and assist our varied clientele to heal and improve their own lives. I like to fill my spare time with movement, learning and being entertained by the marvels of human creativity and nature.
