We’re open from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 10 PM; Saturday: 6 AM to 3 PM. Sundays and public holidays by appointment only.

Ingrid - Studio Manager
Sports, dance, and fitness have always been a part of Ingrid’s life, so it seemed inevitable that over time some of these activities would merge into a career. Ingrid has a degree in physical education, post-graduating in swimming and aquatic exercise in Brazil. In Australia, Ingrid qualified as a personal trainer – a job she loves! Ingrid loves to exercise. When she’s not teaching it, she loves long cycle rides and fun-filled nights out salsa dancing. But it’s not all about exercise; she also loves country music, cooking and is addicted to movies.
Chris brings something different to our studios, with 8 years service in the army reserves he is an advocate for putting in the hard work and getting things done. He will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear but always has your results in mind. When not working with the army he has worked at some of Perth’s best fitness studios, learning from world class coaches, building a background of information to share with you. Chris’s tip on getting the most from training is “To get comfortable with being uncomfortable, if you dont challenge your body it wont change.” To stay motivated, he advises to give yourself a specific goal and stick to it. “Get your friends and family involved too. There’s no reason they shouldn’t be healthy too.”
Exceeding my client’s expectation is important for all things fitness and Speedfit is no different! Coming from a wide range of fitness avenues, I feel like my experiences can only benefit the clients around me. Speedfit has shown me a new way of training which I am always ready to take on and explore. The convenience and payoff really appeals to me as well as mixing it with other training methods
It is always important for the clients to enjoy themselves, saying that it is our duty as trainers to push our clients in order to boost their motivation and reach their goals. Successful clients will always come in for a session whether they have had a bad day or not completely up for it, that way they can turn a task of working out into a habit that they can’t go without.
