We’re easily accessible from Kwinana Freeway (Armadale Rd & Beeliar Dr exit) and less than 1km from Cockburn Central train station. Plan your training sessions at a popular venue around your shopping, dining out, or during your lunch break.

We’re open from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 10 PM; Saturday: 6 AM to 3 PM. Sundays and public holidays by appointment only.

I love that SpeedFit is a form of exercise that helps not only your client’s fitness and health progress with their exercise but can be used for clients who are recovering from major surgeries to helping the average person who is looking at joining that healthy lifestyle. I like meeting a wide range of clients from all different backgrounds. Seeing clients get the results they have been chasing for years and making those goals become a reality. 

I became a Personal trainer as I went through a lifestyle transformation myself. Going from 120 kgs to 80kg in 6 months. Finding myself with much more energy and more confidence, I would like to help people discover their potential in becoming a better version of themselves.

One must have the determination, focus and the will to make the change. But out of everything, FUN. The clients that push the hardest normally also have the most fun during sessions. 

Nadia

Nadia started her fitness career after long years in boring office jobs, where everyone felt extremely exhausted and unhappy without time for themselves. It was then that she realised we are only truly happy when we take care of ourselves. She initially worked in conventional gyms, but it was in SpeedFit that she learned one can always work out in a smarter way, to let it fit perfectly with our crazy busy lives. Working at SpeedFit makes her feel part of a community as all trainers share the same values around health and wellbeing.

Her biggest motivation is to help people to be happy about themselves and to guide them through a healthier lifestyle. She says the most motivated clients are the ones who understand ‘a good body’ is a result of a lengthy process and not a quick fix, and they understand they need to commit to their workout and diet if they want to succeed. She says, “Hard work scares us and makes us feel uneasy, but it pays off. To love ourselves is to commit in providing us the healthier choices we can possibly make. Believe me, it all pays off at the end!” 

Rebecca

Rebecca is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Conscious Hypnotherapist, Personal trainer and has her Diploma in Life Coaching. Rebecca strongly believes that exercise should be something to look forward to, not just as a means to achieve a future goal. She loves being a bit crazy and take any chance to connect and laugh. She loves combining her energy with her knowledge in Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindfulness to help her clients create a new relationship with themselves that helps them see life with more passion and drive. Rebecca loves living life for the dance of it, after all, who just wants to get to the end?
