We’re open from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 10 PM; Saturday: 6 AM to 3 PM. Sundays and public holidays by appointment only.

Tiarna’s love of fitness began from a young age when starting gymnastics. Her love of being active and pushing herself beyond limits only grew from there. Now, as an adult, not much has changed; she still strives to become the best she can be whether through rock climbing, hiking or acro.
Completing her Personal Training and Diploma of Fitness certificates was a natural progression for Tiarna, who has experience working in gyms, personal training in the UK and working on various cruise ships around the world. Tiarna loves motivating people and seeing them become the best version of themselves they can be.
Matty has been in the fitness industry since 2005, where he qualified as a personal trainer at South West Institute of Technology. Since then Matthew has completed his bachelor in Sport and Health Science and Movement Science in 2017. Matthew has a wide range of experiences working with a diverse range of clientele, from healthy individuals to elite runners and triathletes. Forever striving to help others reach their goals Matthew loves running in his spare time and working out.
