We’re open from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 10 PM; Saturday: 6 AM to 3 PM. Sundays and public holidays by appointment only.

Hendrix (Studio Manager)

I started my journey into fitness eight years ago after breaking my leg, gaining a ton of weight and not feeling so good. A couple of motivational YouTube videos pushed me into taking control of my life and getting back into exercise. Then, after a few months of training, I started developing a lot of confidence and loving the feeling of achieving all my goals – in both fitness and life.

I have a Cert III & IV in Personal Training, Cert III in Kettlebells, a biomechanics lifting certificate and I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

With SpeedFit, I was impressed with how the machines would activate usually difficult areas to target. Plus, I liked being around a strong group of people that wanted to learn and improve. I joined the company in 2019, and I love the individual connections you have with every member, compared to the conventional gym. It’s really awesome building a bond with everyone I trained.

In my spare time, I’m all about basketball! Watch it, play it, live it. It’s my switch-off time.

Chris Ko

I’ve always been interested in any high-tech training, so I was immediately attracted to SpeedFit and the way it incorporates EMS. I have a Cert III & IV in Fitness, so I applied to SpeedFit, then got a call and started right away. I’ve never looked back.

I love the technology behind SpeedFit, but it’s great working at a place where the trainers work together as a team. I find myself constantly up-skilled at SpeedFit, always learning new things. And, it’s a real family environment here. I get to meet so many interesting people, which I find so enriching – and it gives you a great insight into life. It’s great to be able to have this interaction while helping people reach their goals.

When I’m not working, I do a lot of music practice and calisthenics training.

Samuel Zygadlo

I first got into the fitness industry whilst in high school where I started my first boxing class at my local gym and my passion for health and fitness grew on from there. I then started to get into Muay thai and MMA training which then led me into becoming an MMA training class instructor for youth and adults. With a strong passion for learning more about this unique industry, I commenced studies into a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Edith Cowan University.

After coming across Speedfit online I endeavoured to find out more about it and the science and technology behind it through research papers, videos and personal experiences which then lead me to apply for the job and becoming successful. 

What’s great about my role as a SpeedFit trainer is being able to see more people and see there personal outcomes of the training, whilst having a personal connection on a social level.

Right now I am studying for my University units, and in my free time, I go camping and join social outings. Aside from training at the gym, I also do Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, and Kali.
