I also sustained several injuries in the past, so I wanted to make sure I was going to be trained properly. I came across SpeedFit at the Every Women Expo in Perth and thought I’d give it a go. I find working out with weights boring. SpeedFit is more fun than weights, and you have the added benefit of electro-stimulation for even better results. Plus, the idea of having a personal trainer look after me while exercising was very appealing to me.
