SpeedFit Strength Program
Our core Strength Training program is a specifically designed workout tailored towards increasing muscle, strength, stability, posture and awareness in your body.
The program focuses on using body weight exercises that replicate functionality in daily activity.
This 20 minute, once a week, low impact workout allows you to accumulate approximately 120 high intensity repetitions across 8 major muscle groups.
This is to focus on increasing your training efficiency whilst decreasing your weekly training frequency.
We recommend supplementing your Strength program with SpeedFit Energize.
