Matt - Studio Manager
Matt’s been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and sporting coach for five years. He’s been a qualified Level II Kettlebell trainer for three years and a qualified strength coach for the last two years.
Matt has worked with a huge range of clients, from gym newbies to state, national and professional athletes.
When it comes to getting physical, Matt plays basketball and loves to go rock climbing or hitting the beach.
I started my journey with a few sports here and there such as soccer and touch rugby. Then I found myself in the gym, training for general fitness. I later began my journey as a trainer and have carried on for 5 years with certificates in TRX training, behavior change in exercise and sports nutrition. I have trained all kind of clients ranging from young uni students to senior members.
After working so long in the conventional gym environment I thought it would be time to branch out, then I found Speedfit, an entirely new way of training for me and I haven’t looked back since. From the weights to Electro Muscular Stimulation I have loved every second of the experience.
As a trainer with Speedfit, I will always motivate and support each and every single person from beginning to end of each session. I keep myself active with basketball and the occasional run along with my dog and have competed in a powerlifting competition and now Speedfit.
Enrica has always been into sports and fitness since she was a little kid. She practised Rhythmic Gymnastics for over 12 years in Italy at both National and International level representing her country in a number of competitions.
At 18 years old she started coaching at her club and in 2015 moved to Perth to continue her career in coaching RG and became a certified Personal Trainer.
